根据中国砂石协会以往统计的价格数据，选取了2023年1-7月较有代表性的地区的机制砂价格绘制表格和变化趋势图，从图中可以看出机制砂价格整体呈下降趋势。

According to the price data collected by the China Aggregates Association, the prices of machine-made aggregates in some representative areas from January to July 2023 were selected to draw a table and change trend chart. 西江沿线从4月开始价格大幅下降；
Prices along the Xijiang River have dropped sharply since April;

南京地区的机制砂价格从年初的90元/吨，下降到7月的72元/吨，每吨价格已经下降了18元；其余地区的价格浮动均在10元/吨以内。
The price of aggregates in Nanjing fell from 90 yuan/ton at the beginning of the year to 72 yuan/ton in July, and the price per ton has dropped by 18 yuan; the price fluctuations in other regions are all within 10 yuan/ton.

2021年以来，我国房地产市场持续下行，开工建设量明显不足，房地产作为砂石需求的最重要领域之一，其行情迟迟不能回升严重影响了砂石行业的稳定发展。目前砂石行业主要的依靠基建拉动。

7月24日，中共中央政治局召开会议，分析研究当前经济形势，部署下半年经济工作。中央政治局会议提出：要加大保障性住房建设和供给，积极推动城中村改造和“平急两用”公共基础设施建设，盘活改造各类闲置房产。国家发展改革委布置各地发展改革委报来总投资约3.2万亿元的2900余个准备推介给民间资本的投资项目，要求做好推介工作准备，同时制定了搭建向民间资本推介项目平台具体方案，正在抓紧完善平台相关功能。进入8月砂石行情能否回暖需持续关注。
