In August 2024
The aggregates prices in North China, South China and Northwest China were stable; the aggregates prices in Guizhou were mixed; and the aggregates prices in Chongqing, Hunan and Hubei provinces dropped slightly; Natural sand in ports along the Yangtze River had continued to decline, with the highest price falling by another 11 yuan/ton compared with the previous month.

Since entering 2024, the arrival prices of Dongting Lake sand and Poyang Lake sand in some ports of the Yangtze River had continued to decline. The prices only rebounded in March and April, but continued to decline from May to August. On the year on year basis, the price of lake sand has dropped by more than 25 yuan/ton, and the price of some ports has dropped by nearly 30 yuan/ton.

Regions with large fluctuations in aggregates prices:
✦ The price of sand and stone in Tongren City, Guizhou was 24-25 yuan/ton, up 4-5 yuan/ton; the price of sand and stone in Anshun City is 30 yuan/ton, up 10 yuan/ton; the price of sand and stone in Qingzhen, Guiyang City is 18 yuan/ton, down 2-4 yuan/ton.
✦The price of manufactured sand and gravel in western and Southeast of Chongqing generally dropped by 2-3 yuan/ton; the price of sand and gravel in eastern Chongqing was mixed, with manufactured sand at 34 yuan/ton.
✦ The price of sand and gravel in Yichang, Hubei continued to decline, with an average decline of 2 yuan/ton, and manufactured sand at 46 yuan/ton.
✦  The price of sand and gravel in Zhuzhou, Xiangtan, Miluo, Shaoyang, Hengyang, and Yongzhou, Hunan, dropped by 2-5 yuan/ton.
✦  The price of natural sand in Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake in some ports of the Yangtze River dropped, with the highest drop of 11 yuan/ton. Among them, the highest prices of natural sand in Dongting Lake and Poyang Lake in Nanjing Port were 67 yuan/ton and 71 yuan/ton respectively.

In September 2024
The price of aggregates in North China, South China and Northwest China were basically stable; The price of aggregates in Guizhou were mixed but the overall price was at a low level; The price of aggregates in Chengdu had increased by 4-8 yuan/ton; The price aggregates in Chongqing had slightly decreased; The price of manufactured sand and gravel in Changsha, Hunan Province had increased; The aggregates price in most other regions was stable, and some regions have slightly decreased.

The prices of Dongting Lake sand and Poyang Lake sand in some ports of the Yangtze River, which have attracted much attention from industry colleagues, ended their continuous decline for 4 months. In September, the prices generally rebounded by 2-6 yuan! However, the price of sand and gravel in Shanghai had dropped significantly. Taking manufactured sand as an example, the price had dropped from 101 yuan/ton to 89 yuan/ton.

In October 2024
The price of aggregates in North China, South China and Northwest China remained basically stable, but the price in Guiyang and Bijie had increased significantly. The price of sand and gravel in Guiyang had increased by 18 yuan/ton, and the price of sand and gravel in Bijie had increased by 10 yuan/ton; the price in Chongqing was mixed, with the rise and fall by 2-4 yuan/ton; the price of river sand in Changsha, Hunan Province had increased by 5 yuan/ton, but the price of manufactured sand had decreased by 4 yuan per ton; the price of sand and gravel in Hubei had generally decreased by 4-5 yuan/ton, and the prices in most other regions were stable.

The prices of Dongting Lake sand and Poyang Lake sand in some ports of the Yangtze River, which have attracted much attention from industry colleagues, have generally increased by 11 yuan/ton compared with last month, and the price of sand and gravel in Shanghai has not changed compared with last month.

In November 2024
The price of aggregates in North China, South China and Northwest China remained basically stable; the aggregates price in Sichuan was generally increased by 3 yuan/ton; the aggregates price in many places of Hunan has increased significantly, with the price of manufactured sand in Zhuzhou increased by 15 yuan/ton; the price of manufactured sand in Xiangtan increased by 20 yuan/ton and the price of crushed stone increased by 10 yuan/ton; the price of manufactured sand in Loudi increased by 5 yuan/ton and the price of crushed stone increased by 10 yuan/ton; the price of crushed stone in Chenzhou increased by 10 yuan/ton and the price of crushed stone increased by 10 yuan/ton; the aggregates price in Chongqing had generally increased by 2-5 yuan/ton.
The prices of Dongting Lake sand and Poyang Lake sand in some ports of the Yangtze River, which have attracted much attention from industry colleagues, remain stable, but the price of manufactured sand increased by up to 10 yuan/ton, and the price of crushed stone increased by 1-6 yuan/ton. The price of sand and gravel in Shanghai had increased by 1 yuan/ton month-on-month.

In December 2024
The price of aggregates in North China, South China and Northwest China remained stable; Sichuan and Hunan ended the general rise in November; crushed stone in Chongqing generally dropped by 1-5 yuan/ton, but in eastern Chongqing manufactured sand rose against the trend for two consecutive months, rising by 6 yuan/ton in December; Tianshui manufactured sand rose by 1.5 yuan/ton.
The price of sand and gravel in some ports of the Yangtze River, which has attracted much attention from industry colleagues, generally rose by 3 yuan/ton for crushed stone, rose by 7 yuan/ton for manufactured sand, and fell by 2-3 yuan/ton for Dongting Lake sand and Poyang Lake sand. Shanghai manufactured sand and crushed stone rose for two consecutive months, and in December, manufactured sand, natural sand and crushed stone all rose by 3 yuan/ton.
