National aggregates prices in January

North China, Southwest Sichuan, Guizhou region, Northwest China, Hubei region sand and gravel prices were stable; the aggregates price in Chongqing region, Hunan region fluctuated, and aggregates prices in some ports of the Yangtze River fell.
✦ Chongqing region
In Western Chongqing, crushed stone prices rose 8 CNY / ton, manufactured sand prices rose 8 CNY / ton; eastern Chongqing: crushed stone prices rose 7-10 CNY / ton, manufactured sand prices fell 4-5 CNY / ton; in Southern Chongqing: general aggregates prices rose 1-4 CNY / ton.
✦ Central China
In Hunan Zhuzhou, crushed stone prices up 3-4 CNY/ton, manufactured sand prices down 2 CNY/ton; Xiangtan’s manufactured sand prices down 2 CNY/ton, crushed stone prices up 1 CNY/ton, Yueyang river’s sand prices up 5 CNY/ton, Loudi’s manufactured sand prices down 3 CNY/ton.
✦ Sand and gravel prices in some Yangtze River ports were on a downward trend, of which, crushed stone and manufactured sand decreased by up to10 CNY/ton.

National aggregates prices in February

Aggregates prices in port areas along the Yangtze River generally declined, aggregates prices in Hubei and Hunan areas remained stable, aggregates prices in Gansu areas rose significantly, and in southwest areas, aggregates price rose and fell with large fluctuations. Ports along the Yangtze River, in addition to Wuxue and Zhicheng port, aggregates prices of the rest of the ports declined, Dongting Lake sand, Poyang Lake sand prices fell by 2 CNY / ton, the manufactured sand fell by 7 CNY / ton, crushed stone fell by 6-7 CNY / ton; for Fujian coast, crushed stone fell by 1 CNY / ton, the manufactured sand fell by 8 CNY / ton.

In Gansu region, general aggregates prices rose significantly, Lanzhou manufactured sand jumped 10 CNY / ton, crushed stone price rose 2-7 CNY / ton, Tianshui’s crushed stone price rose about 3.8 CNY / ton.
In Southwest region, aggregates prices fluctuated, Guizhou Guiyang manufactured sand, crushed stone down 10 CNY / ton, Anshun’s sand and gravel up 4-5 CNY / ton, Tongren’s sand and gravel down 1-6 CNY / ton, Bijie’s sand and gravel down 11 CNY / ton. In Chongqing Yuxi, crushed stone decreased by 5-7 CNY/ton, and manufactured sand decreased by 5 CNY/ton.

National aggregates prices in March

In North China, South China region, Guizhou, Jiangxi, Shandong, aggregates prices remained stable; in Northwest region, aggregates prices were generally stable, in addition to Wuwei, Tianshui, aggregates prices rose slightly; in Central China South China, aggregates prices were stable, in Hubei Yichang region, aggregates prices dropped slightly; in East China Shanghai region, aggregates prices fell; in Southwest region, aggregates prices fell slightly.

In Northwest region Tianshui manufactured sand rose 10 CNY / ton (including tax, freight), crushed stone fell 6 CNY / ton, Wuwei aggregates prices rose 3 CNY / ton.

In Southwest region, crushed stone, manufactured sand generally fell 2 CNY / ton, Chongqing region price was mixed; in East Chongqing, west Chongqing, crushed stone prices rose 4 CNY / ton, in South Chongqing aggregates price fell 1 CNY / ton.

In Central China region, especially Hubei Yichang, aggregates prices generally fell 3 CNY / ton; in East China region, mainly Shanghai, the aggregates prices were down 2 CNY / ton.

Focusing on ports along the Yangtze River and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, in addition to Wuxue and Zhicheng ports, the prices of aggregates in the rest of the ports declined, the price of Dongting Lake sand and Poyang Lake sand generally declined by RMB 4/ton, and crushed stone declined by RMB 3/ton; and in some of the ports along the coast, the price of sand and gravel declined by RMB 3/ton.
