Recently, Hexian Conch Green Building Materials Co., Ltd in Hexian County, Anhui Province successfully bid for the mining rights of 65.9699 million tons of dolomite ore. The mining rights were sold as a whole and the operation were divided into two phases. The transaction price is 411.33 million yuan.

According to the “Development and Utilization Plan of Dolomite Mine for Building Stones in Dashan, Anhui Province”, the designed total resource utilization is 117.2577 million tons, and the designed production scale is 7 million tons per year, which will be mined in two phases, namely: the first phase is the uncovered area with an area of 0.58 square kilometers and the resource reserve is 65.9699 million tons; the second phase is the covered area of public welfare forest and basic farmland, with an area of 0.49 square kilometers, The resource reserve is about 55 million tons, and it will be transferred to the whole realm for mining after the public welfare forest and basic farmland are transferred out.

The transaction price of this transfer is 411.33 million yuan (only the first-phase resource transfer income, excluding the second-phase resources). The bidder shall sign the “Mining Rights Assignment Contract” with the assignor within 10 working days after the expiry of the publicity period with no objection, and pay off the first-phase resource assignment proceeds within 1 month from the date of signing the assignment contract; After the transfer of public welfare forests and basic farmland, the proceeds from the transfer will be paid by the bidder within one week according to the unit price of the transfer, and will not be changed due to market price fluctuations and other factors.
