On March 22, 2022, Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. (referred to as Tianshan) announced its 2021 performance. In 2021, Tianshan operating income is about 169.979 billion yuan, of which the aggregate production capacity is 190 million tons, and the output is about 126 million tons. The business income reached 4.188 billion, a year-on-year increase of 25.41%, which is the fastest-growing project in Tianshan’s all businesses!

According to CAA, Tianshan was restructured from 4 high-quality unlisted cement companies under China National Building Materials, namely China United Cement, Southern Cement, Southwest Cement, and Sinoma Cement. The aggregate production capacity after the reorganization ranks first in the country.

As of March 22, Tianshan has a clinker production capacity of 330 million tons and an output of 260 million tons; a commercial concrete production capacity of 420 million cubic meters and an output of about 100 million tons; aggregate production capacity of 190 million tons and an output of about 126 million tons.

In 2022, Tianshan plans to keep pace with the market in sales of cement, clinker, and commercial mixture, and maintain a relatively substantial increase in the sales of aggregate business. Tianshan palns to steadily promote the development of the core commercial mixed market and “cement +” projects, and focus on big market, big logistics and “cement +”, accelerating the layout of low-cost, low-risk bases and the planning and construction of riverside water transport logistics terminals.

During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, opportunities and challenges coexist in the cement industry, and Tianshan will be a world-class benchmark. According to the CAA, the ratio of cement and aggregates production capacity in the cement enterprise business is about 1:2. The company has a clinker capacity of 330 million tons and an aggregate capacity of 190 million tons. According to the above ratio, Tianshan Cement's aggregate production capacity still has an increase room of 470 million tons.

Dengjiashan Project in Ruichang City

CNBM New Materials Co., Ltd. won the bidding of limestone mine for construction stone in Dengjiashan mining area, Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province with a bid of 1.21 billion yuan. The mining scale is 30 million tons per year, the reserves are 462.28 million tons, and the mining period is 18.16 years (including the infrastructure period).

Southern New Materials China Green New Building Materials Industrial Park Project

The project plans to invest 1.5 billion yuan to build a fine aggregate production line with an annual output of 10 million tons. After completion, it is estimated that the annual sales income will be 1 billion yuan, the annual tax payment will be 100 million yuan, and employ more than 200 people.
