Three scientific and technological achievements in the aggregates industry passed the evaluation/appraisal

On March 26, China Aggregates Association organized a meeting for the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements in the aggregates industry. The meeting was joined by academicians and experts such as Su Yinao, Cai Meifeng, Yang Yusheng of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Three projects passed the evaluation.

The evaluation/appraisal expert group listened to the scientific and technological achievements reports of the project applicants, reviewed the new reports and on-site inspection reports, and inquired about relevant issues. Each technical project has a number of innovations and has achieved good benefits in practice. It is agreed that these three technical projects have passed the evaluation/appraisal of scientific and technological achievements.

1. Compressed Air Energy Storage (CAES) Green Low-Carbon Wet Mining Technology

Main research achievements and innovations:
a. It designed and applied a combined high-pressure compressed air supply station as a centralized power source to replace the traditional diesel drive, which significantly reduces the consumption of fossil energy, carbon emissions, and air pollutant emissions, and improves operating efficiency.
b. It developed a new type of high-pressure flexible gas pipeline for transporting compressed air which overcomes the problem of pressure drop in remote transmission and achieves constant system pressure. It replaces the steel pipe and rubber steel wire pipe used in traditional gas distribution, and solves the difficulty of retracting and laying out the traditional gas distribution pipeline due to its heavy weight. The gas distribution network is interconnected, and the compressed air energy can be recycled and utilized in the asynchronous rock drilling operation of multiple drilling rigs, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
c. It developed the unpowered wet dust removal technology for down-the-hole drilling rigs, and the operating dust reaches or exceeds the national standard. It developed the anti-icing system of the dust removal water tank for rock drilling and drilling construction in the alpine region by using the waste heat, which solves the problem that the dust removal water in the alpine region cannot be used.
d. It developed multi-functional DTH drilling rigs and DTH hammers with small apertures (diameter 45mm-90mm), which expanded the aperture range of existing DTH drilling rigs to 45mm-250mm, and overcome the problem that DTH drilling rigs cannot make small holes. It realized the replacement of roller cone drills in large-diameter construction, greatly reducing equipment investment costs.

This achievement has obtained 24 utility model patents and 1 industry standard. The achievement has been applied in more than 50 large and medium-sized mines of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and building materials in China, and has achieved remarkable social, economic and ecological benefits.

2.  Complete technology of high-efficiency processing equipment for hard rock machine-made sand and stone

Main research achievements and innovations:
a. The high-speed gyratory crusher adopts heavy-duty rolling bearings to replace the traditional copper sleeve, which greatly increases the number of cone swings and significantly improves the material handling capacity.
b. The jaw crusher with modular design improves the impact resistance performance of the crusher; through the development of automatic oiling device, the timing and quantitative lubrication of key parts is realized; through the research and development and improvement of the discharge port adjustment device, the jaw crusher is realized. The precise control of the size of the discharge opening further improves the production efficiency.
c. The bearing-type eccentric sleeve mechanism of the cone crusher is developed, which improves the working efficiency and output of the cone crusher by reducing the friction coefficient between the eccentric sleeve and the frame support and between the eccentric sleeve and the moving cone main shaft; through the independent hydraulic system and automatic control technology to realize the protection of iron passing and the control of the opening of the discharge opening, which improves the operation reliability of the cone crusher; the design of the hyperboloid crushing cavity improves the probability that the crushing force is consistent with the expansion direction of the stone fissure, and realizes the choice of crushing. The thin oil circulating jet lubrication method and the oil return hole of the top bearing are designed to improve the lubrication effect, reduce the heat generated by friction, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
d. Developed the deep cavity rotor structure of the vertical shaft impact crusher to improve the rotor speed and the production capacity of the crusher; optimize the electromagnetic heating assembly process of the main shaft and the thin oil lubrication structure to avoid the phenomenon of "locking" of the main shaft; develop a high-strength, high sorting rate vibrating screen, prolonging the service life by improving the screening efficiency.
e. Developed an intelligent management system, using big data and Internet of Things technology, effectively preventing and reducing various losses in real time, greatly improving production capacity and the efficiency and digital level of mine site management.

This achievement has obtained 63 invention patents, 161 utility model patents, 10 computer software copyrights, and 3 compilation standards. Some products have won honors such as national key new products, the first (set) product in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Province Science and Technology Award, and Zhejiang Province Energy Saving Technology/Product.
This achievement has been widely used in mining, cement, highway, electric power, metallurgy and other industries at home and abroad, and has achieved remarkable social, economic and ecological benefits.

3. High-efficiency extended-range smart mining card technology for all working conditions

Main achievements and innovations:
a. A new type of high-efficiency variable-speed coupling drive system based on power splitting has been developed. The use of dual-motor parallel technology solves the problem of high power demand at high speed, expands the scope of the high-efficiency area of the power system, and improves the efficiency of the system under variable working conditions.
b. High-efficiency integrated range extender assembly, dedicated flywheel generator structure and control technology have been developed to effectively improve the power generation efficiency of the range extender.
c. For the first time, an intelligent control architecture of the vehicle and an energy flow optimization system that can be accurately quantified under all operating conditions are constructed. The remote monitoring platform is used to establish an economic evaluation index that can characterize the operating energy consumption of a specific mining line, reveal the corresponding relationship between the energy flow of the entire line and the information flow of working conditions, and build an energy balance diagram for all working conditions based on big data.

This achievement has obtained 10 patents, including 4 invention patents and 4 software copyrights. The achievement has been applied in many key projects such as mines, water conservancy, hydropower, transportation and other large-scale mines, and has achieved significant social, economic and ecological and environmental protection benefits.
